Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase; we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that are purchased from Us.

Interpretation and Definitions:

Interpretation:

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions:

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Guide 1214.

Goods/Products refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Guide 1214, accessible from https://guide1214.com/

You/Your/Client means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

(SECTION A) - Conditions for Returns & Refunds (if applicable): 

I. ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER. This means that We, Guide 1214, consider all orders FINAL SALE; unless there are/were issues with misprint, damage to the Product, or a situation of manufacturer defect. WE DO NOT REFUND DUE TO BUYER’S REMORSE. 

II. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the Product has been received and MUST not be used in anyway and in the Product(s) original packaging. Please see Our Warranty Policy for additional information. 

III. Size Exchanges: We have added size charts as well as a description for all of our Products offered. By doing this, We hereby do not accept any responsibility due to any Client ordering the incorrect size. Please take the time to review the sizing charts to verify the Product(s) measurements before ordering. If there is an issue regarding the size charts and the Product(s) do not match what is listed, please reach out via Our contact page and We will address the issue accordingly which could result in a return, refund or exchange.  All claims are a case-by-case basis. 

IV. If You notice an issue on the product(s) or an error with anything else regarding the order, please submit a report of the situation via our contact page within 14 days from receiving the Product.

V. We are unable to issue a return, refund or warranty claim without a copy of the physical receipt of the purchase & proof of delivery from tracking email updates.  These documents will be requested during the Return & Refund Policy procedure. 

VI. We do not accept returns of sealed Goods, such as but not limited to; face masks, swimwear, bandana’s, which are considered not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any orders of sealed Goods, such as but not limited to, will NOT be available for returns. 

VII. PLEASE NOTE: If the return or refund is authorized, the refund amount may take anywhere from 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday) due to standard banking practices. We will not issue the refund until we have received a tracking number for the return of the Product(s) or have finalized the refund for any misprinted/damaged/defective items. An email will be sent verifying the refund has been processed for client tracking purposes. 

VIII. We reserve the right to refuse returns & refunds of any merchandise at our sole discretion.

(SECTION B) – Order/Package Shipment(s): 

I. Wrong Address - If You provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Our production facility. Please double check shipment addresses before checking out. You will be liable for reshipment costs once We have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable).

II. You hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment will NOT be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at Your cost (without Us issuing a refund).

III. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged, lost or considered theft with any shipment. Tracking numbers for all orders will be provided once the order has shipped to assist to the best of Our capability with estimated delivery time & date(s). 

IV. For packages that are considered “lost in transit” or “theft” claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date via Our contact page. 

V. Claims deemed an error on Our part are covered at Our expense.

SECTION C - Returning Goods (If applicable): 

I. If a return is granted; You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We will issue the return shipping address after the return has been processed. 

II. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
