All of our Guide 1214 Gear is MADE TO ORDER which means the shipping timeframe can vary depending on the product & how busy our production facilities are at the time of purchase.
We also utilize trusted and thoroughly vetted partner companies to manufacture some of our products. We chose this avenue because we wanted to offer a broader range of high-quality items while maintaining efficient production timelines. This could mean slightly longer shipping times for products being produced from our international and/or partner production facilities.

No, we offer the same “Flat Rate Shipping” cost on each of our products no matter which domestic, international or partner production facility is manufacturing the product.
Our customers are NOT charged additional shipping costs for any products produced in our international or partner production facilities.
No, all of our products being shipped from our international production facilities have "Flat Rate Delivery Duty Paid Shipping.”
This means we cover the cost of any duty fees from international production facilities and the customer will NOT be charged.
PLEASE NOTE: If, by chance, there is a duty charge upon delivery; please reach out via our “Contact” page immediately and we will refund the duty charge as soon as possible.
We will not issue a refund without a receipt so make sure to obtain a receipt from the courier and complete a refund authorization by reaching out via our "Contact" page.
Yes, we can definitely see how shipping costs could add up if people are purchasing multiple products from our online store.

We want to have our products produced, packaged and shipped as quickly as possible to our customers.
With that being said, items may be shipped separately from our domestic, international or partner production facilities depending on where the product(s) are manufactured.
Our automated system routes each order/product to be fulfilled in the most efficient fulfillment production facility so we can get the order out as soon as possible.
Some products will ship separately because of this process.
We also package certain products separately to keep them safe and in good structural shape during shipping.

We do our absolute best to provide the ability to recycle all of our packaging material.
We also wanted to provide the option to use our packaging material for their own personal shipping needs or utilize our boxes for personal storage.
As of right now, we are shipping anywhere in Canada for orders placed through our Online Store.
With that being said, there are certain areas of Canada which are considered "remote" and/or "undeliverable" where couriers are not able to access.

All of our of products are MADE TO ORDER & we consider all orders to be FINAL SALE. We do not refund due to buyers remorse.

Obviously, we understand situations can happen during production and delivery. We do our best to catch any defects before they are shipped and work with our third-party couriers to ensure packages are delivered safely.
